He Said, She Said…unlocking the secrets to effective communication between men and women
No doubt about it, men and women communicate at different wave lengths. They speak, listen and interpret meanings differently. Add culture to the mix and you have quite a melange of communication, which if not understood, can lead to frustration and even bad feelings.
During our last meeting, members expressed an interest in exploring the ways in which men and women communicate with each other.
In this mini-workshop, attendees will learn how men and women’s speaking patterns differ. They will learn to listen effectively so that they are understood and to speak with persons from the opposite sex so agendas are clear, people collaborate, and projects get done.
